Types of Real Estate in the Game and How to Buy: 1. Apartments: Apartments are available for immediate purchase. If you find an apartment you like, simply approach it and click the "Buy" button. The apartment will then become yours. 2. Houses: To purchase a house, you will need to list it at an auction. Find the house you're interested in and select the "Buy" option. The game will prompt you to set a minimum bid for the auction. Set the starting price, and once the amount is entered, the house will be listed for auction. Then, all you need to do is wait for the auction timer to end. While the timer is running, other players can also place bids on your house. At the end of the auction, the player who offers the highest price will become the owner of the house There are 3 types of real estate in the game: 1. Economy 2. Standard 3. Premium Real estate differs in exterior design, the number of rooms, tax amounts, and various interior designs when renovated. To buy an apartment, approach the object you're interested in at its checkpoint. If the property is available, you will see the "Buy" button Upon a successful purchase, you immediately become the owner of the selected property Selling Property Open the radial menu > Property > Select the property you want to sell > Sell the property you want to sell.

Welcome to the Apartment System! This guide will explain the features related to acquiring and managing properties. Apartment Classes - Economy Class: Up to 4 apartments per floor, standard lobby. - Standard Class: Up to 6 apartments per floor, improved entrance. - Premium Class: Up to 3 apartments per floor, exclusive entrance and underground parking. Each class differs in comfort level, entrance interiors, price, and available upgrades. Buying and Rental payment Approach an available apartment and use the interface to make a purchase. - Payment is made for 5 days in advance (up to a maximum of 14 days). The rental cost is 1% of the apartment price per day. Don't forget to pay the rent at the bank! Conditions for Losing an Apartment 1. Inactivity: If you play less than 1 hour within a week, the apartment will be lost. 2. Failure to Pay Rent: If the paid rental days are over, the apartment will be lost. When the apartment is lost, 60% of the apartment's value and improvements will be refunded to your bank account. When you open the radial menu and select the Property option, then go to the Apartment section, a window will appear with information about your apartment. In this window, you will be able to see the main characteristics of the apartment, such as the apartment class, renovation type, available upgrades, as well as general information about the apartment. Upgrades - Med Kit: Restores Health (+30%, once per hour). - Closet: Storage for personal items, tied to the apartment. - Safe: Up to $5 million (economy), $20 million (standard), $50 million (premium). - Fridge: 25 slots for food and drinks. - Home treatment: Restores consciousness after losing Health (up to 2 times per day). - Housing: The ability to rent out rooms and collect rent from tenants. - Family apartment: Only for premium class, turns the apartment into a Family apartment. Renovation and interior changes - You can change the interior of your apartment through the management menu. - Preview the new interior before purchasing. - Renovations are retained when sold to another player, but are canceled if the apartment is lost or sold to the Government. Parking system Available for apartment owners and their tenants. You can unload vehicles through the management menu Selling an apartment - To the government: 60% of the original price. - To another player: Price from 50% to 1000% of the original price. How to Rent Out Apartments 1. In the management interface, select ‘Add Tenant’. 2. Specify the player and the daily rent amount. 3. The tenant will receive a notification with the offer to move in. Auction for Premium Apartments Premium apartments are available only through auction. The player with the highest bid wins. Tips - Play actively to avoid losing your property. - Use upgrades for maximum comfort. - Participate in auctions for elite apartments.
