Guest Account Recovery
A guest account lets you play Vibe City without registering. Later, you can convert it to a regular account by signing
up.
If you lose access to your guest account, please contact Player Support, either through the in-game support button or by
email, to recover it.
In your message, include the following details to help find your account:
- Your character’s name
- Region and server you played on
- Your country and city
- If you made any purchases: when, how much, and what you bought (You may refer to payment receipts sent to your email
after the transactions)
- The device model you played on before and use now
- Any extra info: cars, properties, level, VC amount, etc.
- (If available) Screenshots of your character
